The Pool

We think the pool and the yard are phenomenal.  The pool is L-shaped, going from a shallow end of about 3 feet to a deep end of about 5 foot 6 inches.  Loads of space for a hotel-full of people, much less a house.

We've built "shade roofs" projecting over the pool so that even in the hottest part of the day, you can use the pool without turning into a "crispy critter"!  You'll see most pools in the tropics are empty from early morning until almost dark - it's ironic that it's too hot to get in there and enjoy!  Not our pool!

Since this is only our second year, we are just starting the major landscaping now. We already had a 30 or 40 foot palm near the pool - not to mention others of slightly smaller size.  Large palm trees (up to 20 feet or so) have just recentlybeen planted and are flourishing.  More of the smaller plants are coming in as fast as we can do it.  By the time you come down, we expect that the then current plant growth will far exceed our photos here!

We're making the place better every week for a tropical holiday.

Add a margarita or an ice cold beer, a little good company - what's wrong with this picture??
