We include basic "clean up" maid service at mid-week with the rental.  This is not pot and pan scrubbing;  basically it's floor cleaning, tidying, counter cleaning, wastebasket emptying and so forth.  If you want additional stuff done, please make advance arrangements.

The yard guy (Jesus) comes for a couple of hours each day except Sunday.  He will be watering, cutting grass, tending to the pool and on and on.

SPEAKING OF THE POOL:  every couple of weeks, it's necessary to chlorine shock the pool.  If you see a sign on the way to the pool which says  "Keep out - we have put in chlorine", WAIT A MINIMUM of 4 hours before swimming - that stuff does NOT feel good in the eyes and can really hurt them!! 

Also: January and February, the winds are often quite high.  We try to keep the pool well skimmed but it is not possible to keep dust and leaves from being blown into the pool.
