If you're looking for a great place to stay in Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, come to our villa! Air conditioned comfort, a fantastic swimming pool. Just minutes from the Villas del Mar private beach (more for walking and sightseeing than swimming) and and a few minutes by car from the fabulous at Playa Tambor (Tambor Beach) on the Bahia Ballenas (Whale Bay). Tambor Beach is about 5 or 6 miles of (usually) deserted beach - warm water, gentle waves. Please don't be afraid of our pet alligator: he hasn't moved since he was set in concrete!
The front door has a mask on the wall next to it - no evil spirits may enter!
The villa sleeps up to six people. Two bathrooms, ceramic floors throughout, full kitchen and a beautiful bar-style table that will seat eight or ten for party-time! So much to do in the area, if you feel energetic. Or spend the day lounging around the pool or maybe go to the huge beach at Playa Tambor! So many choices, none of them bad! Or, use CASA CARLOS as your main base and branch out to Arenal and the Tabacon Hot Springs, Monteverde's Cloud Forest or to the Osa Peninsula. Or just drop over to San Jose for a day or so to see what the big city is like.
